1.1 The promoter of this prize draw is Tom Savano Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom with its registered office at Unit 255, 275 New North Road, N1 7AA, London (" the promoter")
1.2 The terms and conditions which apply to this Prize Draw are available at www.tomsavano.com/princess . By entering this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by the same.

Eligibility

2.1 The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families or households, agents, or any third party professionally connected with the promotion.
2.2 Only one entry per person is permitted. Automated or bulk entries are not allowed and will be disqualified.
2.3 By entering, you confirm you meet all eligibility criteria and agree to these terms.

How to Enter

3.1 No purchase is necessary to enter.
3.2 To enter, participants must complete the online form at www.tomsavano.com/princess and accept the terms and conditions displayed there
3.3 Entries must be received between 8am BST on 1st April 2025 and 23:59pm BST on 31st August 2025 ("Promotion Period") inclusive. Entries after this time will not be counted.

Prize Details

4.1 One prize is available. The prize is a 7 night Mediterranean cruise of the winner’s choice for two adults (aged 18 and above) aboard the Sun Princess, sailing in either April, May, September, or October 2026.
4.2 The prize includes: Cruise accommodation in a Balcony Stateroom cabin, the Princess Plus cruise package, on-board main meals (excluding specialty restaurants for which an additional charge will apply), onboard entertainment, use of most facilities on board, and flights from a UK airport.
4.3 Excludes: Travel insurance (mandatory and the winner’s responsibility), transfers to/from airport, transfers to/from the ship, visas, excursions, additional drinks beyond package, gratuities, personal spending, spa treatments, or shore excursions.
4.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.
4.5 It is the responsibility of the prize winner to ensure they and their guest have valid passports and travel insurance, meet all required travel requirements, and obtain any vaccinations and visas required to take part in the Prize.
4.6 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary. Such alternative prize may take place on board a different vessel or during different dates if circumstances outside the Promoter’s control require, such circumstances including but not limited to the cancellation or restriction of the Prize in accordance with any government-issed guidelines.

Cancellation and Date Changes

5.1 Cruise dates are subject to availability and may be changed at the cruise line’s discretion.
5.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw the prize draw or the prize due to events outside its reasonable control.
5.3 If the cruise is cancelled or rescheduled, the Promoter will attempt to offer alternative dates but is not responsible for additional costs or losses incurred.

Winner Selection & Notification

6.1 The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries received by the Promoter before the closing date.
6.2 The winner will be contacted by email or phone within 7 days of the draw closing.
6.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days, an alternative winner will be selected.

Social Media Conditions

7.1 This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), or any other social media platform.
7.2 By participating, entrants release these platforms from any responsibility.

Data Protection / GDPR Compliance

8.1 By entering, you consent to the Promoter processing your personal data for the purpose of administering this prize draw and redemption of prizes.
8.2 The Promoter will process all personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
8.3 Entrants will have the option to opt-in to receive future marketing communications. This is not a condition of entry and can be opted out at any time.
8.4 Data will be shared with Princess for marketing communication opt-ins, but will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill the prize or comply with legal obligations.

9.3 You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting the Promoter and Princess directly.

Publicity

10.1 The winner agrees to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw if requested, including the use of their name and image on the Promoter’s website and social media.

General

11.1 The Promoter reserves the right to:
    - Cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms at any time
    - Disqualify any entrant found to be abusing the process or acting fraudulently
11.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical faults.
11.3 These terms are governed by English law, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

12.1 There are certain things for which the Promoter does not accept any liability. The Promoter cannot exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. Otherwise, the exclusives described in clauses 12.2 and 12.3 will apply. References to the “Promoter” in these paragraphs include all of the Promoters associated companies, agents, or any other third parties involved in the Prize Draw.
12.2 The Promoter will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control:
    a) any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw
    b) any changes to Prize(s) or the way in which they can be used;
    c) any act or default of any third-party supplier
12.3 The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt, or processing of your entry.
