Negroni 5 Litre Box
The Negroni has truly defined the modern Aperitivo drink, traditionally enjoyed in Italy as a sundowner before dinner. It was discovered in a moment of improvised inspiration when Count Camillo Negroni demanded that his usual Americano cocktail be given a kick, to which the bartender riposted with gin instead of soda.
Now you will never be without a Negroni again, with your very own personal 5L box. With it's own built-in dispensing tap and a 6 month shelf life once open, a deliciously golden Negroni will only be seconds away.
Served over a large chunk of ice, there isn’t a more perfect way to unwind from a long day, instantly transporting yourself to a cobbled courtyard on the Amalfi coast at sundown. Inhale the smells of fresh citrus and seafood, as the warm sounds of friends reuniting in rich conversation fills the air around you.

THE STORY
A Negroni needs no introduction, but it does demand the very best ingredients. When deciding what direction we wanted to take our Negroni, we came across the wonderfully deep and complex Salcombe “Start Point” gin. We knew immediately it would be the perfect, robust gin for our Negroni, so we set out to learn it’s story.
Salcombe distillery used inspiration from the schooners which brought fruit and botanicals to the port of Salcombe for hundreds of years, guiding their voyages via the Start Point lighthouse off the Devon coast. Inspired by the spirit of adventure, this gin has been crafted using the same botanicals brought over on these dangerous seafaring expeditions.
Finally, we wanted to capture the essence of the Italian riviera, the place where we have enjoyed the best Negronis. So we paired the gin with an authentic, vintage vermouth from Piedmont in Italy, the spiritual home of vermouth. This marriage of two rustic and romantic coastlines captured everything we were searching for, resulting in one of our most memorable sundowner cocktails ever.
