To make this possible, our head mixologist has blended a unique, signature Banana Rum Old Fashioned using spiced Louisiana rum, overproof banana rum, rich demerara sugar, and rum infused with discarded banana peel. Every drop has been hand selected to give an intense, Caribbean-fuelled explosion of flavours, that can be savoured for hours.
With some exquisite Blackwell rum truffles and perfectly paired snacks, within moments they’ll be lying beneath the coconut trees on a deserted beach, the distant sound of parrots serenading the evening to come.
